QC/Technical Support We apply very strict QC procedures in order to achieve our high standards. QC Staff 20 to 29 Procedures/testing Details All raw materials are closely checked before the production begins. We make sure your samples meet your requirements before we put your order into mass production. The products are inspected at each manufacturing stage. We also conduct random inspections as an added QC measure. Final delivery is authorized only after a comprehensive check of the finished products is completed. During the QC procedures, we check for any stitching irregularities, loose threads, snagging, and surface flaws. All our QC testing equipment is imported from Japan, including our needle detection machines.
